The 2011 Illinois State Florists' Conference theme was Let It Rock! We had a grand time with hundreds of luscious flower varieties, inspiring designers from across the country, and great vendors who brought in their newest products. . . This calla bouquet features the new wired wool that is one of the latest trends in the flower industry. It's actually a goat's wool and is extremely soft--it feels like cashmere! Comes in lots of colors too.
Green is very popular these days--this bouquet includes feathery painted tree fern in apple green, hydrangea, hypericum, kermit mums, and yes--even green roses.
Another arm bouquet that's very dramatic with mokara orchids and protea. There's some of the new wool again--this time in a soft caramel brown.
